To ensure this, we have established the following refund and return policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return Period<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You can return any items purchased from Freshbydotun within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions for Return<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be returned in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will not accept items that are washed, soiled, damaged, or altered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exclusions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return Shipping<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
